Maybe if he knocked out someone of note he could talk, but you can't take him seriously when he hasn't accomplished anything in boxing.

I had to cross the check the name Conor McGregor, and yes it is the same guy that got sonned by Chris Van Heerden in sparring a few years ago. McGregor needs a tune up vs Mayorga before he takes on Floyd.

Its going to be a lose lose situation for boxing , if for some crazy reason Conor will win (less then 1%) its over for boxing in the US , the other way is floyd dancing around dodging shots (taking him to school) and pot shot to a 12 round win its bad for boxing as well as the MMA and casuals will say "WTF connor wants to fight he wants blood but this boxing dude is just running around the ring , look Connor doesnt have a drop of blood after 36min!!!".
Only way it goes well for boxing is if floyd takes him to school AND hurt him along the way which i doubt.

I think Connor will go quick when he starts to gas even Floyd will be able to stop him with pin point shots he has never been hit with, power wont be needed Connor will eat some very clean combos, and if he landed the one in a million bomb Floyd might go but for me Connor will get stopped.

I think your over thinking this thing, its a spectacle of great fighters in their own right selling themselves for a huge payday and casuals will flock to it.

When Ali fought a wrestler boxing never missed a beat it was just an entertaining spectacle like this and most people will take it that way, boxing will be fine and MMa will be fine both might even draw in a few more fans because of it.

I will watch the fight like sitting down watching a made up movie that's all this is.

if that happens, Floyd again single handedly destroyed boxing. It would be an utter humiliation for boxing if floyd gets ktfo.
