barrera took jaurez to school the first 7 rounds. had it 8-3-1 barrera.

Barrera by a point........the draw was fine with me. Ihave no idea how Barrera lasted to the 12th and closed like a real man. Barrera and Morales are now both part of the old school crowd and need to get out while they still can. Barrera should go for a rematch with Pac and call it quites.Even if he loses he goes out on a better note than he would if he doesnt fight him.

It seems to be that ROCKYs trainer even knew they needed a knockout after the 10th round. HE told rocky that they are behind and have 2 more rounds to knock him out

anyway barrera won the fight in the 11th round.

Soto doesn't need to call out Juarez, he already beat him. You better hope Rocky doesn't call out Soto. Soto walked through Rocky's punches like he was a flyweight

Juarez just can't deal with Soto's style. Soto's style is a lot similar to Morales than Barrera. Morales would school Juarez if they ever fight.

I wouldn't say he walked through Juarez' punches. Remember he got hurt bad in the fight and his corner was telling him to box and not slug with Juarez.

I agree though that Juarez will have trouble with Soto again because Juarez has trouble with tall fighters who have long jabs and use them.

Juarez needs to go back to using his jab to set up his power punches. For the past couple of years he has abandoned his jab and he has very hard stiff jab. He was using it alot when he was coming up now he just doesn't use it at all.

I felt it was a draw, but this fight reminds me of the Hatton v Collazo fight, most people going to go for baby face coz everyone loves him.

Barrera Won but he was in the process of losing..sad..another 3 rounds would have had Rocky winning possibly by KO or TKO.

The Draw was ok too but Barrera did win alot of the early rounds and Split Decision win is ok; not quite enough aggression for Rocky.

Also a Split Decision win for Rocky would have seemed unfair to Barrera.

Bottom Line is...

Barrera was losing the fight late but he Won because of the early rounds.
