Because Golden Boy is stealing all the HBO dates and Top Rank is left out in the cold. HBO said no to Manny Pacqiao last year and keeps giving Canelo whatever PPV date he wants. Golden Boy just signed a deal with ESPN while Tru TV gave Top Rank the boot. Top Rank developed their own streaming crew for their PPVs years ago and it sucks. Golden Boy created Ring TV and in just 2 years you see how many cards they have aired? You see how successful their PPV streams are. That's why K2 and other promoters use Ring TV for their events and now PPVs while NOBODY using the crap Top Rank has.

In a short answer he is green with envy. If you notice he is always taking shots at PBC and UFC too. He's a bitter old man who sees everyone else making moves and he's stuck in quick sand.

The comment from Arum about Lemieux being hit too much is true... and false. It was false in his fight against Stevens but true in his bout against GGG. GGG is better than Lemieux because he possesses an overall greater technical game. What about GGG getting hit at will? Monroe, Brooks, etc... Even Stevens had his moments with him. He can get away with it because he has a granite chin and quasi superhuman strength... I just watched an 18 min. French interview with Lemieux on Radio-Canada in which he admitted taking chances (of being hit) because he wants to give a good show to the public... What a difference compared to Mayweather and others...
