There is no question Morales is a better fighter. The problem is Morales did his best work at 126 while Khan did his best work at 140. Also Khan is much younger. The Morales who fought Garcia at 140 was old, fat, and way past prime. A prime 140 pound Khan might have defeated that Morales.
