Soft first defence for Kal (though hopefully building towards unification with Inoue?) but I like the Eggington and Gamal Yafai fights on the undercard

If only all prospects were brought through like Eggington... Sad that the only reason he has been matched this tough is because there isnt/wasnt as much hype around him.

Skeete must be watching all this through gritted teeth a bit. A year on from his schooling of Eggington and Sam has fought a big local rival, a former 2 weight titlist and is about to challenge for the European, while Bradley is about to fight Eggs leftovers. Poor from Frank imo.

Agreed. I suppose he does win the British title outright next but then what does he do? Fight Egg for the European? Literally stood still if that's the case.

I think Warren is a bit unnecessarily careful. Hopefully that BT deal will give him more drive to but his men in real fights. I don't understand the reluctance. It doesn't matter if Skeete loses because he can just fight at the level he is now for years. It reminds me of how Warren was with Brook. Maybe he really rates him and wants to wrap him in cotton wool.
