Toney was clearly on steroids. I havent seen enough of the latest tarver but you dont have to be cut up and can carry fat and still have tell tale signs of juicing, povetkin is an example. Golovkin has a completely natural body, he could possibly be on something, but hes not giving any signs and hes definitely not on steroids.

They should hire this guy for fights, why pay all that money for VADA/USADA when he can tell you if a fighter is roiding by looking at them.

Not in particular. His power is a little exaggerated to me... he has heavy hands but not as devastating as some believe when it comes to like 1 punch ko power. His speed isn't impressive. His stamina isn't ridiculous or anything. He isn't very vascular. No ***** ****. No weird acne. He wasn't scared of testing. He still looks pretty much the same since getting tested.

i don't think everyone is on steroids by any means. i do think many of the agencies are corrupt, and lets be honest that has been shown to be the case in the past. i may be wrong in this instance but theres nothing irrational or even particularly cynical about what I'm saying.
