      Derevyenchenko overwhelmed him and got the stoppage. Russell was a bit too crude in there. Technique wise Russell looked a couple years behind the Ukrainian.

                Derevyanchenko is ranked #2 by the IBF, so he may look to fight IBF #1 Tureano Johnson next.

                      IDK if Derevyanchenko sacrificed power for precision in this fight. The highlights that they showed demonstrated above average power. But today he landed a lot of clean punches and didn't really put the guy down. Just desoriented him with angles and made ref to stop it because of many unanswered blows. This is how Walters fight probably would end if he didn't quit himself.
