The best way to expose them is go to your User CP and look at your Private Messages and Reputation Received section and screen shot anyone using racial slurs or calling you names that are racist and enlarge the screen shot then post the screen shot in your signature since it is a bigger area than your avatar so everyone can see who they really are and that will make an example out of them in this forum. The other thing you can do is block private messages. Another thing to do is if you see anyone making racial slurs in posts against anyone of any race or color, report them. I have done this many times and they end up being banned and deservedly so. Hope that helps.
