I think Barrera has one more big money fight in him and retire.

Another golden girl promotion, both fights were fixed. So obvoius, Barrera ran, spit his mouth pieace, outboxed Rocky, grabed holded, got saved by the ref, oh my god. Than a controversail descion, and in the 1st fight a knockdown with the 2nd punch thrown to the body. Why do these fights mirror DLH so much?

              I had it:

              1 - 10-9 Barrera
              2 - 10-9 Juarez
              3 - 10-9 Juarez
4 - 10-10 Draw......but can see it going to either
              5 - 10-9 Barrera
              6 - 10-9 Barrera
              7 - 10-9 Barrera
              8 - 10-9 Juarez
              9 - 10-9 Juarez
              10 - 10-9 Juarez
11 - Too close for me to call
              12 - 10-9 Juarez

So I have it 4 rds Barrera 5rds Juarez, 1 draw 1 IDK

All I know is that Juarez is a good fighter. I give him credit for busting Barrera the way he did. Many thought it was going to be 1 sided in favor of Barrera, but it was not. There were many close rounds and I think a draw is a proper decision. I don't know if Barrera will want a rematch though.

I agree that Barrera will probably fight one more big money fight (Pacquiao or Morales again) and then retire if he wins. If he loses I could see him taking a send off fight against a nobody in Mexico City.

Barrera and Morales are pretty close to being done. It looks like Pacquiao, Barrios and now Juarez are the top guys in the 130 lb division. They all need to fight each other.

Good fight, could have gone either way, niether fighter really deserves to lose. Barrera could have won though. He clearly coasted in 2 or 3 rounds. Either he was tired or thought he had it in the bag.

I wasn't impressed with Juarez after his fight with Soto, maybe he had an off night that fight, I don't know. He also had a controversial win against Raheem but I missed that fight. I guess alot of people did underestimate the resolve and determination of Juarez to perform well after an off night.
