There were investors that promised a financial package of $38 million to Pacquiao, and his adviser Michael Koncz, for a fight in the UAE with Khan. Last month the two boxers were able to reach an agreement for the fight. A date of April 23 [April 22 in the United States] was announced in UAE, but then it was moved to mid-May.

Whatever the case, Arum doesn't like Amir Khan for whatever reason and this fight will not happen. Besides they have so many fighters who can face Pacquiao, Khan will simply not get a pay day.
