Both of them throw windmill punches, relying solely on power. They both have that look, if they come up against a good boxer-puncher or anyone with power themselves they're done. I've witnessed both, many times, being a well-timed counter away from being put in a coma. Dangerous contenders no doubt but lacking too much to ever lay claim to being THE man in a division.
David Lemieux and Deontay Wilder are one and the same.

Hell no, Lemieux actually has a bit of skills by his counters with a left hook and has a little bit of technique by throwing straight punches and upper cuts, and knowing when to throw the left hook when the guy is open. He knows how to set up a straight right-left hook combination set ups and and a straight right-left hook feint. Wilder on the other hand literally windmills his punches the moment a guy gets hurt. -

The problem with this site is it attracts A LOT of people that don't know **** about boxing. Half these idiots' only exposure to Lemieux was when he fought GGG. There are some of us that watched him on espn2 six or seven years ago. "You mean when he lost to Rubio doe?! Lolz" stfu
Lemieux has his own style, like most fighters have their own style. He throws fast balls pretty much the whole fight. That's who he is. Comparing him to wilder is assanineComment

Lemule is far more fundamentally sound than Wilder. Wilder basically relies on height and fragile competition to stay revelant.Comment
