Inactivity will have played a part, but he was reaching with a lot of shots, he was swinging wild and he was getting hit with leads in every round; if he fights like that against a guy like Lara, he's going to get embarrassed.
it's not like he got in there and ran from him..he used his advans..the jab and straight shots..but at the same time those can be the easiest punches to block...

he went on the inside vs the man and show that he could fight there unlike most tall fighters...it wasnt a ko or his greatest work but it also wasnt anything that says he cant dominate his next opponent at 154 or every ww coming up..

like i said i knew jack..he was going to try to pick off the long shots and rush foward and be ugly...see all the headbutts??

People talk about Andrade coming up to 160 but on that evidence he is best to stay at 154

Better fight than I expected so respect to Culcay. Andrade looked sharp at times but also Sluggish and Sloppy at times. When he get back to the States maybe take a light Defense before going after Jermell Charlo and Lara, just didn't look the same as he did vs Nelson maybe it was the traveling on top of Culcay being shorter and Awkward

Andrade I still have as the most TALENTED 154 Fighter in Boxing but need to stay active though

I didn't watch the fight but wasn't he just talkin about Lubin, Hurd and the Charlo's? And didn't all four of these guys stop their last opponent?

Sauerland always has at least one judge in the bag so you know going in the best you can do is a split decision if it goes the distance, but Andrade looks like he would have a hard time with several top junior middleweights. Culcay probably isn't even top 25 and was competitive

Hmm, I mostly agree but there were 3 or 4 close rounds, rounds that Andrade didn't win clearly. That is risky in Germany. Or even Texas - lol.

Even though I expected him to win easily and that wasn't the case, I never thought much of Andrade and this fight showed why.

Much smaller dude with no power and Andrade still looked like ****.

styles make fights..nobody at 160 fights like culcay...culcay is just weird af and took all the punches or kept his gloves high..
he's already 6 inches shorter and doesnt drop his gloves...andrada canvas wasnt much to work with like it would be at 160...

                  trust me

I saw plenty to suggest that tbh.

You try those reaching shots or wild swings against Lara and you're getting a sharp left hand right on the button. He also couldn't get out of the way of leads, against a midget.

I'll give him the benefit of inactivity, but he needs to shapen up a lot before going near a higher level guy.

Well Culcay wasn't thought to be top 10 for sure. I don't think I know enough 154 fighters to even name 25 off the top of my head - do you? And if so who do you have in your top 25?

Bot on this evidence Culcay probably IS top 15.
