18-year old German super middleweight prospect Leon Bauer (11-0, 8 KOs) didn't shine this time the way he had done in the past but showed huge potential in one-way drubbing of fellow youngster Soso Abuladze, 20, from Georgia. Bauer, a lanky boxer-puncher from Ludwigshaven, kept his foe at bay with a pin-point jab adding power when needed. At the end all three judges got it for Bauer but scores were lost in broadcasting malfunction. Abuladze goes down to 10-2-1, 7 KOs, whilst Bauer retaines his IBF Youth belt for the first time. Bauer's biggest wins came against 11-2-1 Romanian Gheorghe Sabau and 12-1 Russian Ilshat Khusnulgatin in 2016.
