I was saddened to hear of the passing of the great trainer-manager Lou Duva this week, at the age of 94. Lou, with his near 70 years in the game, was a proper old school boxing man and will be missed by all who knew him. His work was recognised by his induction into the International Boxing Hall of Fame, an honour which resulted from his involvement with some 17 world title holders, including f Evander Holyfield, Pernell Whitaker, Tyrell Biggs and Mike McCallum.

They don't even have an under card, the fight is 2 months away and tickets are gone you got to pay 75 bucks just to watch the fight on closed circuit. Meanwhile GGG fight a week away and there are still tons of tickets left. So if GGG ducks Canelo to fight Saunders instead for 2m in a fight nobody cares about he looks like a fool. Canelo will just give the Sept date to someone else. Either rematch Chavez or cotto and make more money then GGG sees in 3-5 fights. while GGG shoots himself in the foot and will have to wait till 2018 for a big fight and has no one to blame but himself.

Sorry there is little to no money in a saunders fight and he's a fool for turning down 15m offer and losing a sept fight against Canelo.
