    Argentina's Lucas Matthysse (37-4, 34 KOs) will begin training with his new coach, veteran Joel Diaz, on March 25th. Matthysse is expected to leave Argentina and arrive in California in two weeks to begin training camp for his planned debut in the welterweight division.

              Smart move by Lucas. Joel Diaz should be a welcomed addition to his corner. His corner let him down last time he was in the ring. Now he has a trainer who can help refocus him down the right path.

              Sparring, training, and just a different perspective will hopefully help rejuvenate The Machines career.

                Let's see what the prolonged absence has and how it has affected him if he's just been getting training I'd look for him fighting Maybe mid-june...
