well, im assuming the ''cheater'' NEEDED the drugs and would have performed like he was from another planet.
(remember, no one accused douglas of being on drugs and thats the sports biggest upset. take it from there)

if a fight fan needed a report months later to tell them the winner was on drugs, then maybe the drugs didnt play a significant role

How many massive underdog fights has there been in the last few years? The last few years because before that PED testing was a joke.
