The future face of boxing looking ready for his pro debut!

The face of boxing for the next decade or so will be either Joshua (if he beats Wlad) or Canelo (if he beats Golovkin) -
A lil guy isn't going to be the face of boxing in this era til he's weighing AT LEAST 140lbs. Rooting for this kid cuz he got f#cked at the Olympics, but I don't see him becoming anything other than the most famous boxer in Ireland & a draw in Boston.Comment

Joshua is stuck on Showtime until we see otherwise, who can't build stars for ****.
And I don't think I've ever heard a more boring person talk in my entire life. He certainly has the size, look, and talent though.Comment

Looks like he's pushing that straight right... Arm-punching, rather than really exploding off the foot/leg.
Digs nice hooks, doe.
Looks like he gets out of position a bit with the jab too, reaching too much and overextending his body.Comment

Good ting is he's with Top Rank, and Arum knows how to move guys perfectly through the ranks without feeding them to the wolves too fast, but he also won't just keep feeding you bums so when a shot comes along, you're not ready.
He transitions guys really well from D level, to C level, etc., etc.
With his huge amateur background, he'll be able to start out a bit quicker than a lot of guys, but still Arum won't rush him, nor will he baby him.Comment

Dude is bringing some Pacquiao speed in there.
Pretty much impresssive in terms of athleticism.
Feeling bad for the guy who will have to avoid, slip those punches.Comment

I agree most of this, he's not technically a finished product by any means, more wasted movement than I'd like to see, needs to tighten things up for sure, most of these things will come naturally as he becomes more a pro style.
Those will be easy fixes though as long as he remains focused on his craft, and I believe he will be dedicated.Comment
