It definitely didn't do anything for casuals. Not exactly a classic.
However, if they could put say a Brook-Spence on free TV, I believe that won would deliver.

His fight with Postol was a dud because he was fighting cautiously. You could take any top fighter and watch their fights against lesser opposition, more than likely it will be more entertaining than a fight against a fighter with the same skill set.
At the same time,... If a guy like Crawford or Thurman wants to breakthrough and become the next star..they have to have that "x-factor"... On the Biggest stage, you have to win over the crowd. (if you are aiming for the biggest purses in boxing)

Thurman just won the biggest fight of his career in front of a huge audience and no one gives a crap.
this is why boxing can't build stars. These fighters think winning matters the most.
No, shining is what matters. Thurman won, but he sure didn't shine.
