So if GGG KOs Jacobs, Saunder, and Canelo what r going to complaint about next?

I would say Charlo-Williams, but that considers what you call a Big Fight. But for the most part I agree, but that is coming from people who actively watch the sport. If you don't then this was a case of blue balls. The casual or new viewer doesn't know this. Their expectations aren't tempered.

I agree with you. I just don't think this was a great fight.

Spoken like a true casual fan, where some of us want to see real fights with real boxing that doesn't always have KO's or bad discipline etc.

If only he had a better promoter.
Yes, I like Andrade's style. Good balance while still making things happen.

I also really like Terrence Crawford, Lomachenko,..what we've seen so far from Spence Jr These guys all have a great balance of skills, while still being fan friendly.

It definitely didn't do anything for casuals. Not exactly a classic.

However, if they could put say a Brook-Spence on free TV, I believe that won would deliver.

It depends who is in front of them. Crawford is fan friendly when he is fighting an over matched opponent. His fight with Postol was a dud because he was fighting cautiously. You could take any top fighter and watch their fights against lesser opposition, more than likely it will be more entertaining than a fight against a fighter with the same skill set.

That is true... I actually liked the Thurman-Garcia fight... besides the last 2 rounds. The middle rounds were technical. Just a little letdown because all the trashtalk and the pre-fight hype, Some of my comments are based on how I think the average casual viewed the fight.

At the same time,... If a guy like Crawford or Thurman wants to breakthrough and become the next star..they have to have that "x-factor"... On the Biggest stage, you have to win over the crowd. (if you are aiming for the biggest purses in boxing)

Thurman just won the biggest fight of his career in front of a huge audience and no one gives a crap.

this is why boxing can't build stars. These fighters think winning matters the most.

No, shining is what matters. Thurman won, but he sure didn't shine.
