Loma getting out of a clinch

I just rewatched Loma vs Walters on Youtube and every time
Walters tried to tie Loma up, Loma basically pulled as strong as he could to get out of the clinch all the time.

I have never seen somebody pulling that extensively during a clinch to get out or maybe I have never noticed it.

Do you know why he is doing it and nobody really else is pulling like that to get out of a clinch??

Here is just one example at 15:04 or 17:15

    Oh and another question:

How can you make the video viewable in the forum so you do not have to click on the link but rather be able to watch it directly?

I've seen him doing that before and that doesn't look very safe. That's asking for an injury if you ask me. And that's probably why you dont see people do that.

Hamed did that a lot, usually ended up following up and getting a KO. I wish more fighters did that.

There's a video on youtube called lomachenko-breaking the clinch. It has much better examples.

That's the one thing all these great amateurs like Lomachenko and GGG have trouble dealing with and that's clinch fighting, clinches are often immediatley broken by the referee in amateur boxing and trainers in the former soviet union don't really teach it all that much.

A rough inside pro veteran fighter with good stamina and a solid chin can give these guys a lot of problems in a pro 12 round fight like Salido for example, Lomachenko excepected Walters to fight the same way like Salido, a rough physical fight and pulling out of the clinch was his defense mechanism against that, Walters however is not the most physical inside fighter out there, he fights midrange and tries to deliver his power, which helped Lomachenko to box circles around Walters due to his much superior speed, ring IQ and of course mental toughness, even though Lomachenko lost to Salido he fought till the end and almost stopped Salido late, a sign that he's a very tough fighter mentally.
