Youre looking at it at a nerd perspective. This guy followed Floyd then proceeded to follow him to his car and somehow Floyd's in the wrong lol. Fighters will look at this and see how Floyd defends his fighter. He was defending Gervonta.

As a promoter, you never know when a fighter comes around to be signed, so you have to be the professional at all times. The guy wasn't trying to start a fight, he was just disagreeing with Floyd assessment of him. There's a reason why Mickey Garcia, Stevenson, etc. didn't sign with Floyd. Floyd needs to take a step back & seperate the fighter from promoter.

Yes but Floyd wasn't defending Gervonta because this kid didn't attack Gervonta. It looks like Theophane introduced him as the WBC silver champion and Mayweather's reaction was "I've got a 130 pound champion, let's get it on!" . I agree with you about the guy following Mayweather around multiple times. He should have just been like "dude doesn't want to talk to me, cool". Just my two cents.
