Mayweather Pleads No-Contest, Makes Shockingly ****** Move!

February 07, 2005 - Undefeated pound for pound picasso Floyd Mayweather Jr. pleaded no-contest to misdemeanor assault charges in a Michigan courtroom earlier today. **********.com was SHOCKED to learn that Mayweather pleaded no contest to these charges without first negotiating a plea bargain with the prosecutors. The judge has scheduled Mayweather's sentencing for March 11. It was believed that Mayweather was to plea no-contest in order to clear the way for the huge PPV fight with Arturo Gatti to take place on June 11, however, based on the fact that there is no agreement with the prosecutors, the uncertainty surrounding his sentencing only places Gatti-Mayweather in further jeopardy. At worst, Mayweather could serve 90 days in jail and pay a fine.

I dont believe Floyd is that dumb. If he did that then he must have been assured by someone that this was the best move and he would not face jail time
