Fights where a fighter shows up levels above his usual

Fights where one fighter shows up just in the shape of his life, mentally and physically, which should probably involve shocking people with the performance.

    Douglas-Tyson I guess. Any more?

Maidana/Broner. Chino was clicking on all cylinders that night. Even in a losing effort against Floyd he was in top notch condition.

True, that was pretty surprising he looked really high level outta nowhere. Real good example.

floyd vs baldomir. everyone thought the huge welterweight kingpin would steamroll through lil floyd but what a masterclass. or how about floyd vs hoya? everyone thought hoya who had been looking amazing for the last 3-4 years would easily destroy lil floyd because hoya got to pick the weight and gloves!

Paper Champ vs the Killa ATG Bute this was the same guy that got a gift against a nobody in Dirrell lost to a faded one eyed Kessler coming off a bad loss to the REAL Champ. Went life and death against a pensioner in Glencoffe. Lost every round to the champ

Beating ATG Bute must be by far the greatest win in history cementing good ole paper champ and his plastic nose as one of the greatest of them all.

Groves in the first Froch fight. Despite him getting stopped in the end I think George was levels above his usual self.

              Crolla vs Barroso and Perez.

Even against Linares he was competitive. He was very much a domestic level fighter not even a top domestic level fighter.

                  Anthony Crolla.

He's definitely part of some UK government programme to try and recreate people to be alot better than their natural abilities.
