Comments Thread For: Tim Bradley is Still Very Interested in Facing Miguel Cotto

Former two-division champion Tim Bradley (33-2-1, 13 KOs) was at a press conference this past Friday to support super lightweight prospect Edgar Martinez, who is managed by Bradley's wife Monica. Bradley has been inactive for nearly a year since his April 2016 points loss to Manny Pacquiao in their rubbermatch.

I like this matchup. Bradley is an elite fighter and worthy of a ppv on HBO. I think if we see the same Bradley that outboxed Marquez, he wins vs Cotto.
I think Cottos punches will be more effective against TB than Alvarez due to the obvious size difference.
Make it happen, I'd watch it.

I will pay to see that fight. These are two good action fighters with a lot of heart -- can't miss entertainment.

Pacquiao is elite...Bradley got outclassed 3x. He's good, but not elite.

Lmao, no way Bradley comes close to beating Cotto. Sorry to burst your bubble but not a chance. Cotto hits harder then PAC, is perfect at 153-154lb weight. The only chance Bradley would have would be to drain Cotto back to 147, that's not going to happen and just seen that Bradley said either weight which means of course Cotto dictates the terms and it would be 154.

You are a clown for stating that Bradley is not elite.

                  Not really.

Take your fanboy goggles off for a second, and be objective.

What "elite" fighters has Bradley beaten in his career to make him elite?

He's a good fighter, but a notch below elite, imo. When he fought another elite fighter, in manny pacquiao, he had 3 chances, and lost ALL 3x. I don't give a damn what the record books say about that first fight.
