David Haye confirms he will NOT retire and will return!

According to Carl Froch, He spoke to Haye after his operation and Haye informed him he was not going to retire what so ever and promises to become a world heavyweight champion. Froch also told Sky Sports news that Haye's first priority is to get the rematch with Bellew. I personally think the rematch would be absolutely huge in terms of hype and publicity within the UK, pretty much on the scale of Froch vs Groves 2.

Yeah a rematch is still the biggest money fight for them other than a Joshua fight imo. I think it'll happen. Haye must really be broke if he wants to carry on after this.

It's got to be pride more than anything, all the talking before the fight about how easy it would be and it ends like that. Arguably the result may have been different without the injury but he was struggling with Bellew before that.

Hayes has nnt had that many fights, less than belles has. Hate was gone too long. It'd be shame if he didn't pmake proper go of it. Don t underestimate your opponent next time.

There isnt anything else for Bellew, the other HW's are way too big and most of them are far more active than Haye

It really wasn't 'easily' it was pretty even until the injury, Haye slightly leading.

The rematch makes sense, but that should be it.

His body is breaking down, he's now going to have to come back from a ruptured achilles (notoriously difficult for athletes, especially 35+ year olds) and he's inactive...beat Bellew to right that wrong and hang them up.
