Anyone notice that you never see a minority as a ring announcer?

It's always a white guy. I think one time I remember a latin one, but I might be mistaken...In over 5000 fights I've never seen a black announcer

i have never seen a brown basketball anyalist, but i have seen a black announcer before, a few.

Why do you find the thread so offensive? It's a simple question, that has a real answer behind it that I have yet to discover. Yeah, I'm going to sign up, get my ass kicked out of the ring a few times, damage my brain to the point where it affects my social life then hang out on boxingscene and beg for attention like you do, just so I can say I'm in the same category as some other guy who got his ass kicked into retirement? Yeah, that's what I'll do. Then I can come back to boxingscene and brag about what a brave warrior I was to the kiddies. You're ****in pathetic man.

Hey as long as the ring announcer can speak English clearly and articulately...and sound as good as Michael Buffer...anyone except an electronic sound machine can be Ring Announcer.

The sound machine can not be made by a white person if it is to be used. That would further fuel the thread starter of the improper dispersment of announcers work.
