Just rewatched the early rounds. Wondering if Haye's achilles bothered him right from the start. He was off balance and very heavy on the front foot.Usually weird for Haye who normally has good balance.

    Go and check it out.

Haye did show heart, but so did Bellew. Haye is a feared puncher and said some real nasty stuff during the build up, but Tony wasn't phased in the slightest and went toe to toe. He's a better boxer than many give him credit for.

He looked like he's never Boxed before in the opening few rounds. You know how those new guys in the gym look on the pads where they lose balance after every punch? Like that. He looked ****ed. It was obvious the injury which there was rumours about before the fight was affecting him. He was clearly ****ed from the get go...why he didn't pull out was either due to him needing the money or realising that had he pulled out of this one no top level fighter would ever agree to fighting him ever again given his history of pulling out twice against Fury.

His footwork definitely did seem "off" early.

            Yeah I agree.

probably a mixture of both. Not sure why people claim he's broke, but he's rolling in rolls' and flying private jets. Maybe he's just not got the best accountant.

But if he pulled out, it was over. Everyone knows that if he pulled out of that remaining box office fight, its curtains,

That's all there is to say on that. Bellew won and Haye fought on for half the fight with one leg, almost no power and at times, even outlanded the ift, younger, more prime fighter. What a fighter Haye is.

For all the schtick he gets (a lot of it comes from Haye not being the type of black man the fans like, especially the skin head idiots that come out of the lsums of London or Liverpool) Haye proved every bit the soldier.

I hope he comes back and has a rematch or a farewell fight.

... I don't know if "Haye showed a warrior's heart"... I'd rather say that Bellew doesn't hold enough punching power at the HW... Right?

When you have to go see a leg/foot doctor in Germany 2 days before a fight, something is indeed wrong

His balance was off, something was clearly up

lol please. A blown achilles? Grown men cry from this injury, can't stand.

Absoutely nonsense to say Haye didn't show warriors heart. He fought 6 rounds on one leg ffs. Huge heart
