Facial hair rules (amateur)

Hi,

so I'm told that if I want to compete in the ring, I have to shave my facial hair... currently I have a circle beard. My question is to what extent do I have to shave. I know I can have a moustache but do I have to have my chin cleanly shaven or can I have very short/trimmed facial hair on my chin as well?
