Just watched the fight on YouTube. Jesus Christ Haye was absolutelyuseless after his injury. Bellew is pretty awful. Just didn't belong at HW, he punched himself out not being able to put away a handicapped man.

Seriously, that was on the level of Foreman/Martinez shot. RIP Haye's career. Roids will do it.

Yeah, Wilder would knock this fool out in one. He should stick to CW.

He knows the truth but he's already selling his next fight. Heavyweight is where the money is and he wants people to believe he's credible.

This is a hollow victory if there ever was one, Haye is an idiot for going into the fight injured also.

This was a non fight, needs a rematch.
Did you give him a chance to last up until the point of injury and be competitive until then?

I thought even without the injury he was doing much better than everyone, including me, expected. Haye barely got to him through 5 rounds, looked poor throughout. A Haye points win was on the cards before the achilles went, which is crazy considering the level of mismatch we were looking at here

I dont think anyone would begrudge Bellew a celebration like that, especially considering the build up. I don't really like Bellew but he isnt a terrible fighter, and he has improved lots under Dave Coldwell.

The achilles was clearly an issue from the first bell, Haye was all over the place stance-wise.

I think haye would have stopped bellew late. Bellew was gassing badly and had a somewhat stationary target in haye for 6 rounds. That being said Haye has been very inactive and seems to have gotten accustomed to fighting big slow men whose punches he can easily dodge and counter. Haye barely threw a counter punch and ****** at cutting off the ring in the first 5 rds

Barely mentioned it? Wtf are you on about, they mentioned it every single round and all the time.

Bellew proved he could hang with Haye any way and had his own success. Its not his fault that Haye blew his achilles.

He did what he had to do and got the win. Every reason in the world to be fully satisfied with everything.
