David Haye was so past his best it was ridiculous

He has this new funny stance, has no footspeed, wild punches even for David Hayes standards and had/has multiple injuries.

Bellew was right in calling Haye a broken man, and if Bellew ever gets a shot at Joshua or Klitscko its a joke.

He looked so slow and clumsy, no where near what he was before he retired...

Yeah he looked a hell of a lot slower. I had him winning the fight after the first 5 rounds but not looking good at all. And then he got the injury to boot. I'd like to think he could recover enough to get a rematch and then at least go out on a win but he hasn't got much left to be honest.

His timing was a bit better after the second round but he has faded. The injury was unfortunate and they should have pulled him out. He can still come back though. 36 isn't too old for a heavyweight.

the stance was because of the achilles injury, was trying to offload weight from it. he went into the fight with the injury, the rumours about the achilles injury turned out to be true. thats why he had the weird stance and also explains the lack of footspeed. hayes mistake was thinking that he could blast bellew out in a couple of rounds, he shouldnt have really taken the fight with that injury.

Really didn't think his body was broke up to this point, I just felt he was slower due to inactivity and retirement and lack of rounds when he came back from his retirement. But it's becomes evident that his body was done before the fight and Team Bellew called it right before the fight.

I don't know how much of his awful performance in the first two rounds was about trying to get Bellew out of there before the ankle became a problem, but he did look shot to bits. Bellew's not exactly elusive but Haye was missing by miles.
