He didn't make it through 140, he clearly lost to Herrera and got a gift decision, and he was fortunate against Peterson. The guys at 147 are going to roll through him.
You are skating around the issue. The man is a two division world champion, that's not basic. Yeah he looked unsure against Thurman because Thurman was dropping thunder on his ass. I can understand that. My point is that the man is not basic and he is not too small for 147.

Mayweather was only 5'8". Look at Pac, Bradley. and Porter. Danny is not too small and I highly doubt that he can make 140 again and be effective. Thurman is not bigger but he is better.
Danny would also lose to porter and Bradley imo.

Garcia has the wrong guy training him, what does his old man know about boxing? What is his history in the sport? Garcia might have been OK if he had been training under someone else since the Herrera joke, but he's had 34 fights and guys that far along don't typically change habits very easily.

It was razor thin on the judges cards which is what matters. The actual scoreboard. You can have your opinion on the matter but it was officially as close a win as possible on the cards. Don't correct me when I'm right dude.

Going **** yourself you self righteous pr1ck, loser azz, **** smoker. Garcia only won one card because the kid has always had gift decisions...he didn't win ****, so take that attitude elsewhere.

This is why fans prefer Latino fughters and East Europeans. None of that running, holding, jabbing like girls. Garcia was the only onre trying to fight.

Thurman did his best to give this fight away and still won. that means he dominated the first half on all cards. this coulda been an Oscar/Tito moment where the runner gets robbed of a clear victory for stinking up the place. when they said split decision I assumed Danny won because Thurman was literally giving rounds away like Christmas.

was it strategy? was it the body shots? idk but he shouldn't do that again. close the show strong.

Skating around what? He's a basic fighter, always has been.

He won a vacant title at 147 against a shot Guerrero and was beating up smaller guys at 140. He also clearly lost to an average Herrera at 140 and was lucky to get a decision over Peterson.

Now he is fighting bigger opponents and he's going to lose against all of them.
