If only Danny Garcia would've been more active. Danny was way too tentative I get he's a counter puncher but he needed to know he was behind after the 6th round and should've at least become the aggressor even though that's not what he's accustomed to. Thurman clearly deserved to get the win.

Keith could be something really special if he was jus a little bit crispier

        But he got it done.

When they announced split decision I thought "gift" Garcia was going to get another one (after Herrera, Peterson).
Those who troll about Garcia winning or even getting a draw are mainly Ricans.

116-112 Thurman was my score but wasn't overly impressive like someone stated he was on the backfoot against the smaller man Danny just didn't throw enough punches because he felt Thurmans power early in the 1st and didn't want to get countered he has a hell of a chin though. It looked like it was gonna be a good scrap after rd 1 but after that it didn't live up to the hype but the right man won. Danny needs a new trainer his dad got him pretty far but I think hes young and can still pick up a few things from a high profile trainer and give it another go at welterweight. Thurman is good and can box well but hes not as entertaining as he promotes himself to be.

Brook has ONLY beat porter at 147....foh

thankfully, he'll be done soon enough.

              116-112 OR 115-113 Thurman
good performance all around. he came out early and shook danny up. yea, the running wasn't crowd pleasing, but when you're up 6-2, it's kinda the other guy's fault if you're able to run around the ring and potshot.

it's kind of funny, and keith must be one hell of an athlete. in the midst of all that running, he still threw over 100 more punches in the fight than danny.
