Lubin is going to be a force in the future. I'm not sure he's ready for a title shot next.

But I would like to see him versus Vanes level fighter next.

No reason to move him along too fast.

You don't have to beat anyone to get a title shot anymore

Worst, sometimes you start right off the bat with a title shot Lomachenko style (not comparing Lubin with Lomachenko).

              Jermall is a different story
You guys are sleeping on Jermell big time. If it's because of his last fight against Jackson, well, first of all, Jackson has never been outboxed by any opponent, in fact, I'm pretty sure if it wasn't for his Amir Khan-like chin he would be top 3 in the division.

Secondly, it was Jermell's first fight since leaving Ronnie Shields, and if I'm not mistaken, he has the same trainer as Errol Spence. Ronnie believes in purely outboxing opponents from the outside, but Jermell's new trainer is all about the inside work, body punching, and getting them KOs.

So he fought Jackson in the middle of a big change and adjustment. The next time Jermell goes out he'll be completely different from his last night out. He's had more time to adjust to the change and the new trainer along with new tactics and fight strategy. It will come more naturally for him.

Nice finish, talented kid. The KO punch reminded me of the one Gervonta Davis finished Pedraza with.
