    Shane McGuigan

Not looking too good for him at the moment is it.

Maybe not quite as good as he thinks he is?

    Why?

Frampton lost a decision to another top fighter, one that he had beaten in their previous fight. No shame there, that's top level boxing.

Haye got injured. Not to discredit Tony too much because i like most didn't even think he'd make it as far as the point where Haye got injured. But Haye was unfortunate tonight really.

Shane is only known because of his father, other than that he's just a trainer and no better than any other trainer out there

I dont necessarily think Shane is a bad trainer, i think he sits on par with others.

Adam Booth was and would be better for Haye but Haye lacked the discipline to carry on with him.

HOWEVER..... Shane McGuigan, is a ****house

Why do you say that? Frampton was just fighter of the year

Haye looked poor before the injury came.

The advice or lack of advice in the corner for the last LSC fight was really poor.

I don't know what Haye's corner was telling him inbetween rounds after the injury, but they should have stressed bodywork. Bellew showed he could take Haye's power well enough, should have put work in downstairs.

the advice he was giving frampton in the LSC rematch was terribile tbf

I dont think hes actually a boxing trainer, more like a guy who partakes in some fitness stuff who happens to be the son of a boxing legend....

Seems more of a strength and conditioning specialist who's also training

How so? Shane McGuigan has seemed to be spot on with his tactics for the most part, so it's not like you can put the Haye defeat off on him; his instruction helped Haye keep in the fight for basically 5 rounds after the Achilles went, lol.

Losses are going to happen, but the fact that nothing that McGuigan did led to Haye getting beat shouldn't be ignored
