I can see an argument for Haye's CW career meaning more for CWs than Wlad's HW career did HWs based on Wlad's reign being utter ****.

Wlad nearly killed the division and while you can claim it was all mandos that doesn't excuse his complete lack of even attempting a good vol or not carrying bums.

Wlad carried Mormeck and lay him down soft.

Wlad let Pov duck him and linger fighting Wlad's leftovers for a decade to get ready for the big Wlad hug fest Pov ultimately put on.
