He was an injured man going in to the fight where his injury showed it's true face and he still fought half the fight heavily injured, massive respect to Haye.

Looking at the first round I think Haye really thought he could stroll in there and KO Bellew. That as much as the Achilles is why he was so wild at the startComment

Classy of Haye not to blame his loss on his injured leg. (Maybe it was because the "pinky toe" excuse got him so much derision). Bellew admitted he wasn't sure how many more power shots he could take from Haye.
Maybe tomorrow there will be more definitive information on whether it was a sprain, or some serious tendon problem. I think Wilder fought with a tendon in his wrist that got damaged after some early rounds.Comment
