If it wasn't for network television, I wouldn't have known Ali, Frazier, Foreman, Ray Leonard, Tommy Hearns, and Marvin Hagler, just to name a few! My mother wouldn't have paid $64.95 for my winter coat, when Sugar Ray fought Roberto Duran! The households most likely to produce boxing champions, are the least likely to pay $64.95 to see GGG vs. Jacobs, or Ward vs. Kovalev II. If we want to save the sport, we need to "save" the consumer!
