Comments Thread For: Lamont Peterson: My Head Says Thurman, My Gut Says Garcia

Lamont Peterson will be an interested observer in Brooklyn this Saturday. The welterweight has the World Boxing Association's "regular" world title, and that could land him a shot at the winner of the unification bout between WBA "super" titleholder Keith Thurman and WBC beltholder Danny Garcia.

The WBA regular can't unify with any other champion outside of the WBA super champion.. See how Sosa how to give up he's WBA regular belt to fight Lomacheko

Fight will have a lot of ebb and flow, Thurman takes a decision with his faster and more mobile feet. Will be a battle of hooks and overhands.

and my gut feeling is Thurman will turn into like guerrero called him,,"run time Thurman"...I think he will be running a bit,not boxing, but running more and a lot of holding from him
