I don't know how you look at the pics of that fight and don't see a potential 20 pound difference. Since I apparently went full ****** to you, let me break it down, Canelo's weight on the day of the fight vs Angulo was 174 pounds (look it up), that was about 2 yrs or more before fighting cotto. Considering how he has grown and refuses to weigh in on the day if fights now, you don't think it's possible his fight weight on the day of the cotto fight could've been even a few pounds higher than that? Maybe 177,178? Then take into account cotto being smaller and weighing in at about 153 for Canelo, that he may have only rehydrated a few pounds, maybe 5, you're looking at approximately a 20 pound weight difference.Last edited by rrayvez; 03-04-2017, 08:24 AM.Comment

Canello looks about 172 and Cotto about 162ish... CanYellow had more body fat on him when he fought Angulo.I don't know how you look at the pics of that fight and don't see a potential 20 pound difference. Monte-Carlo (January 21, 2015) Thirty days out from their highly anticipated World Middleweight Championship, GENNADY “GGG” GOLOVKIN and MARTIN MURRAY have both weighed in within the World Boxing Council’s (‘WBC’) required limits heading into their February 21 clash in Monte-Carlo. From his training camp in Big Bear Lake, California, Golovkin, the WBA/IBO and WBC ‘Interim’
WBC 30-DAY WEIGH-IN RESULTS GOLOVKIN 172, MURRAY 169
That's 30 days before his fight!!! NOT fight night! So according to you GGG is BIGGER and probably weighs even MORE!!!
Just saying EVERYONE fights 10-15 lbs heavier. Wasn't Cotto the MW Champ?? Didn't he beat Geale who YOU said was FKN AWESOME and GGG top 2 best fighters EVER????Last edited by Shadoww702; 03-04-2017, 08:37 AM.Comment

LOL!!! You know DAMN well that will NEVER happen!!! GGG ONLY looks down for fights NEVER up!!!! Broner should of done what GGG did and NEVER moved up. He would STILL be in the P4P rankings if he did. Canelo started pro as a Jr. Welterweight. I've already been on RECORD saying EVERY year I would BET GGG doesn't fight above 160 and EVERY year I have ZERO GGGTARDS willing to back their SHT talk up and take that bet... Here watch this!!!Comment

1. saying Canelo was 172 and that cotto rehydrated 9 pounds is really stretching and is giving Canelo his best possible scenario weight and assuming cotto rehydrated to a weight higher than he ever has. Being realistic, there was a legit 15 - 20 pound weight difference between them.Canello looks about 172 and Cotto about 162ish... CanYellow had more body fat on him when he fought Angulo.

2. Comparing weights 30 days before the fight to fight night weight is 2 completely different scenarios and makes no sense to even compare the two things. You should know that. 3. Never in my life would I say geale was awesome. I never said beating cotto wasn't a good win, my point was if Canelo couldn't ko a much older and smaller cotto who has been stopped before and been in wars, why should we really think that Canelo knocking out ggg who's never really even seemed hurt is a probable outcome as mayweather said??Comment
