He very well might be, definitely top 10 and has great potential to be number 1. His loss to Salido is a downside but understandable (2nd pro fight), he has the best resume anyone could have by this point in their career and be a 2 weight world champion, without picking off the easiest opponents. His attitude, heart, skill definitely would put him at the top spot but he hasn't been in the pro game long enough to confirm what most of us suspect.
