I admit, I thought Brook would vacate. But fighting Spence is probably the best move he could make. If he vacated and went to 154 Charlo, Andrade, and Lara all beat him and who at 154 would make more $$$? None of them do. If he can't beat the best at 154, he can't just vacate and stay at 147. So I guess if you have to fight someone who will probably beat you, take the one where you get the biggest payday, in your hometown full of 30,000 fans rooting for you against a foreigner. Still, gotta respect Brook, Facing Spence, right after G, could end his career. G broke his eye bone and if Spence lands one there he could just shatter that bone into a thousand tiny pieces that can never be put back together again.
