Knockout CP Freshmart made short work of Go Odaira in Chonburi this afternoon. The reigning WBA 105 lbs champion successfully defended his belt with a fifth round finish of an opponent who was brave but hopelessly outmatched. The first round was uneventful with Knockout on the front foot and Odaira circling away and throwing the occasional counter. In the second stanza the champion picked up the pace, looking to back his opponent up against the ropes and land straight rights to the body and head.
