What's best for boxing has always been for a young lion to take out the old lion. The way Holmes did vs Ali, tyson did vs Holmes, norris did vs Leonard, pac did vs Oscar etc. For that reason, I feel a deserving young fighter like Crawford or the winner of Garcia and Thurman should've been the one selected to take pac on since he seems to be on the decline and on his way out. It would be a waste for someone like khan to be the one to catch pac when he finally got old and get that victory. Khan isn't really significant to the future of boxing. He's a fighter that never lived up to his hype, has been badly ko'd 3 times, hasn't beaten a top 5 fighter in any weight class in 7 yrs and hasn't been a world champion in about 5 yrs. He's spent more time over the past 3 yrs begging for fights than actually fighting and doesn't deserve a title shot, nevertheless one vs a big name like pac.
