What makes him self-entitled? If you need to be asking a question like that with all the years we've had with Andre, then you don't seem to know the man at all.

You don't get to demand ridiculous purses when you're flopping on PPV and your team are losing money. business doesn't work like that. Unless of course you think it is? Then it would show clearly how clueless about business you are, as well as the man himself it would appear.
So he gets away with cheating simply because he is American? Why wouldn't other Americans just follow his lead and enjoy undefeated records. I guess every referee he has ever had is getting paid to let him cheat? Or do they just love this self entitled guy so much that they let him and him alone cheat?

What kinda a man knocks another man for seeking to maximize his profit. Self entitled because you want to get paid as much as you can? That's called being smart my friend. The problem is, you don't think he deserves it so you don't like the fact that he demands it and gets it. You too could overachieve in life like Ward has. However I don't you're willing to work as hard as these boxers do...or make the sacrifices they do.

Yes, that would be a great outcome!

I think both guys want the fight but Ward is just being a strategist, as usual.

The other reason I hate him is due to his mass delusion. When he opens his mouth, madness comes out. He's a self-entitled little madam.

..... like when Ward won GOLD at the Olympics ?

Ward was 12 when he last lost a fight..... so, Ward has been fighting in Oakland, protected by hometown referee's, since he was 12?

if I didn't know better, I would think that you are just taking the opportunity to have a good ol cry

          no, wait.....

Credit will be only given if he stops with all the grabbing hold and clinching ****. If he continues and another ref allows him to get away with it, then he won't get a single ounce of credit from me.

                  true

                  not sure why that happened?

but, the location did not affect any of those fights..... the Ward/Oakland thing is waaay overplayed

the dude has been winning national tournaments since he was a junior, ALL over the US..... then the trials/Olympics/etc

he has a spoiling, sometimes ugly, style..... and that becomes more obvious against higher-level opponents..... but Ward knows how to win and he is really hard to beat, regardless as to the style of his opposition

i can understand why he aint everyone's cup of tea, but the guy deserves more credit than he gets
