He is one of the 3 or 4 best pound for pound fighters in the world in the opinion of most. Many consider him the best pound for pound fighter in the world. How can he possibly be a bum? If he retires without giving Kovalev a rematch that is his decision to make. Any boxer has the right to retire at any time. It's not against the law.

Yeah I agree. Some of the nonsense talked about AW since the fight has been pretty pathetic. He won a close fight big deal . He is taking his time trying to get a good deal for the rematch, hardly a crime, actually it's called being smart and securing his family's future.

Completely disagree! Apparently negotiations for the rematch are underway and a close fight going a certain fighters way is Not a robbery.


Personally had Ward winning, after about round five Kovalev totally forgot about going to the body and trying to box. Ward however boxed very well and got some great work off inside the pocket

He's a great fighter and a future Hall Of Famer, give the man a break.

He didnt want that inside work.

Rematch will be more convincing win for Ward. There is too much disarray in Kovalevs camp with him bashing his own trainer. He wont do a damn thing different while Ward will be ten times better.
