Wilder was clearly waiting for the knockout punch and he got it,simple as that. He was NEVER hurt,NEVER in any danger & most importantly he will NOT fight like that against better competition. We saw that in the Stiverne fight where he was throwing about 35 jabs per round.
Really no different than the GGG/Brook & Canelo/Khan fights where people thought they got "exposed" when in reality they were simply waiting for the big KO which we all knew was coming.

You can't see why he would choose to jab with stiverne but not Washington? This guy is at risk of getting outboxed/outworked by any of the top heavyweights who match reach and height with him.

I'm sure a fighter like Tyson Fury can negate Wilder's offense with his movement and boxing skills. That said, I feel Wilder is a one trick pony, possessing that powerful right hand and that's it. You negate that right hand and you got him.
