I think the Million a pound penalty should be enough motivation, atleast to make weight. If he wins this fight there will be a bigger check on his next fight, that should motive him aswell. Beat Canelo and Cash out vs GGG.

Too bad JR didn't have Freddy or nacho or Garcia a few years straight. I hope nacho doesn't instruct canella just to counter he is too slow of foot and hands. He has to use size advantage and weight advantage fight night

Jr must be in best shape of career. In this fight canella is mayweather and JR is slow plodding fighter. He will handle canellas power

I'm afraid his reflexes have eroded from too many years of neglect. Hopefully he's able to find distance and keep the 5'7 Canelo on the outside.

Canelo won't be bouncing around the ring like Martinez or even like Vera did, but he makes up for the lack of footwork with how he moves from the waste and his fast hands will be popping Chavez first and last the whole night.

Well the financial incentive for a failing career should spike him up.

If he comes in the Martinez fight shape he can make things interesting

You can't do things right for one fight and best your opponent.
