So Diaz is the best? Based on what? A close fight with Peterson and a win over a prospect? All these dudes are on the same level.

I'll tell you who had fought the best. TC who beat the undefeated WBC champion Viktor Postol who was ranked #1 in the division.

I can make the argument that every division in boxing is weak. They are all top heavy and lack depth. If Easter and Linares want a shot at TC move up and go get it. He hasn't ducked anybody despite how hard fickle fans have been trying to label him as such.

The Burns fight is meaningful because Crawford said he wants to become undisputed at 140. Maybe I'm the fool for believing what these guys say.

If he's not trying to become undisputed at 140 why is he still there? To fight Lundy, Molina, and Granados? Whats the end game?
The Burns fight doesn't mean **** to anybody that's been watching boxing as far back as 2014.

So beating Burns and becoming undisputed at 140 means nothing?

I like Diaz, i think he's a handful for anyone. I'm also a fan of Crawford, so i'd like to see that fight. It's a shame it doesn't look like it's happening.

Granados is a tough fighter and put on a good fight against Broner, but Crawford ain't Broner. I think Crawford beats Granados comfortably.

He's not the best. But he's better than Granados and that's based on Diaz beating Granados. Champions should not be fighting guys coming off a loss unless you're the one who gave them a loss and it's a rematch.

You can't make the argument every division is weak. How many 140 champs could move up to 147 and be immediately ranked #2? Burns wouldn't be ranked in the top 5 if he moved up or down. Lomachenko could jump 2 division and be the second best fighter in the division. The 140 division is trash. Even BoMac said as much in that video I posted. You're making arguments against Crawford's own team

Those two fights make Diaz the best available option. Either him, Rances, or Broner. Diaz has proven more than Postol did. It's time Crawford takes a fight at 140 without a predetermined outcome. Any fool know he'll run through Granados.

The current options he has has aren't great...
Adrien Broner (will be a right boring one)
                Ricky Burns (already beat)
There isn't much out there, It's scary to think that Burns could become a unified champion, he is a C class fighter at best.

Well, lets hope Indongo lands another one of those long wild shots and caves Burns' chin in like he did Troyanovsky's. Troyanovsky was really the guy that I wanted to see Crawford face. He seemed like he might be dangerous.

How many 147 champs can move to 154 and be ranked #2? Does that make 147 a weak division? Burns isn't even a top 5 fighter. I don't know where you get this #2 from. He holds a meaningless paper title. And if Burns is so garbage why do you feel that is an acceptable fight for TC?

Diaz is a good fight but if he prices himself out I won't lose sleep. He's a nobody and should be grateful for the opportunity to skip over all of the 140 contenders for a shot to be the best on HBO.

If not, another top 10 contender will gladly take that opportunity.
