I voted no, even though I know it would be a war between Hatton and Gatti, with Hatton being the winner. It would be a very exciting fight for about 6 or 7 rounds, if it even goes that long, and one of them would be cut badly enough to stop the fight. Both guys have a tenency to cut and swell baddly around their eyes. And knowing that both fighters would be toe to toe the entire time, one of them is bound to get cut bad.

It's amazing how people watch boxing and decide to give their opinions on it, everybody's entitled to their own opinion and should let it be heard, but 'gatti will beat hatton easily', you ****tin' me? Gatti will get wore down and wouldn't go past the 10th round if he stepped in the ring with an in-shape well prepared Ricky Hatton.

I'd watch it, but not buy it PPV and I'm not a Hatton fan but I think his aggressiveness and pressure would be too much IMO for Gatti to overcome.

I always support Montreal fighters, hell yeah I'd pay for it. It wouldn't disappoint unlike Tarver-Jones 3 or Hopkins-Taylor 1 & 2. Possibly the worst PPV main events of 2005.

It depends on the undercards. It sounds like an exciting fight, but it needs other fights to get me to pay for it!

Now this is a fight I would pay to watch, either of these guys realize the huge risks in taking a fight with this kind of style contrast, they each know it won't go the distance and I respect them for taking the fight if it does happen

I'd bet on Gatti...Hatton's chin is a big ? at 147..(& gatti hits harder than collazo..)

I'd like to see this fight... but I don't care about it enough to pay for it on PPV... if the undercard was actually good then I might split it with a few people to watch.

                  Think about this post.....

Arturo Gatti has been a pro for about 15 years now, has risen up through several divisions (won 1st title at 130), & has absorbed more punishment than 99% of the fighters throughout history.....

Yet, you don't want to see a young, not-time/battle-tested,natural 140+lber like Ricky hatton face him.....because it's too much to ask of Ricky ?

Holy hell, Juy.....this is a serious indictment of the career of Ricky hatton, on your part.

Yes of course I would pay to see that fight.

I can see Hatton winning it. Gatti is just too battle scarred and predictable at this point.

I would love to see this fight.I think Hatton would probably win but I would be pulling for Gatti all the way.
