warren. hearns no angel but frank warren is that quintessential, old school, slimey as **** style promoter. Would send his family to jail if it meant he earnt a few quid

Hearn's an soft, Essex nancy, who was born will a silver spoon up his arsč, but he runs a legit operation.

I'm sure Frank's more on the level these days, but he's renowned for the shady shít he's pulled through the years, e.g.forcing Ricky Burns to sign a contract extension 10 minutes before the fight under the threat of cancelling the fight if he didn't. You're talking about a man who rolled with Don King for many years so he probably mimicked a lot of his practices. He's an old school, east end of London gangster, so he's mixed in much darker circles than Essex Eddie ever has.
