Before this fight was announced, Chavez was the most hated fighter on NSB. Now people are rooting for him against Canelo. Who is a very good, if not great fighter. I have always liked Chavez Jr, and think he can win, but I think Canelo can win also. You guys need to stop hating on these good fighters, and pick a winner based on skills, and endurance. I give Canelo the skills, and Chavez the endurance. Sounds like a great fight!

did you forget floyd's first offer was an insulting $40 million to pac? NO ppv revenue at all! Gbp is doing the same crap with ggg only offering alot less at $10 million(i believe) correct me if I'm wrong.

Gladly. Original Floyd/Pac negotiations were 50/50 with the only disagreement being drug testing (OSDT) and a (Pac) required cutoff date.

Everything else was agreed upon.

In the Canelo situation Canelo bent to GGG's requirement of 160 and was offering a flat fee of $15 million without PPV. People are living in the past if the think Canelo/GGG do anymore than 1.5 million buys...so that $15 million is more than enough tbh
